As a new day begins, a new experience should take place in your holiday. So, why not set sail with us to the neighboring island of Rhenia!
From our starting point, the port of Ornos Beach, we head west, cruising down the southwestern beaches of Mykonos, Agios Ioannis and Kapari and head towards a unique jewel of the Aegean Sea, the island of Rhenia.
Rhenia has an indented coastline of 43km, forming many beautiful natural bays, on virgin land with crystal blue-green waters.
Your captain, will take you to the best ones, depending on the direction of the winds, for a swim or even some snorkeling.
It is an island which today belongs to the municipality of Mykonos and the only “permanent inhabitants” you will come across, are herds of sheep and goats.
Rhenia, is also an island which was inhabited in ancient times, so it is protected as an Archaeological Site. However, if someone wants to experience “a unique walk through history”, in this region of Greece, then, on your way to Rhenia , the island of Delos is a place you will not regret stopping at. Uninhabited for at least thirteen centuries, allowed nature to cover and preserve its “historical treasures” in such away, so as today the whole island is considered an Archaeological Site and has been an Unesco World Heritage Site since 1990. An ancient city is waiting for you to sail past it and even better, make a stop and walk through it, on your way to the bays of Rhenia.
Taking this cruise to Rhenia’s bays, will offer you one of the most beautiful swimming and relaxing experiences of your holiday!
